What does the name ‘Caraleya’ mean?
It’s a combination of two words where their origins and translations are interpreted to mean loyalty, trust and friendship. These characteristics are interwoven with the brand's values and mission and are reflected throughout the app and its features, with the hope it will inspire users to reflect them also.
How do I create an account?
That’s an easy one! Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). After it’s downloaded, you can join Caraleya by creating an account using your email address, phone number, or a one-time PIN. You can also choose to sign up by using Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID for iOS users.
Not seeing it in your respective app store? That may mean the app is not yet available in your location but we’re working hard to ensure Caraleya is available around the world.
What are the system requirements for using this app?
o iOS requirements - 10 to 14 (latest)
o Android requirements - 15 to 17.5 (latest)
How do I download and install the app on my device?
Click the Download App link on our website or go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) on your mobile device search for ‘Caraleya’. Tap the download button to begin.
Is Caraleya available for download in my country?
Caraleya is currently available in over 120 countries around the world, with more to come!

How do I reset my password?
If you’re already logged in to the app, click on your Profile icon (bottom right) and click Settings> Password > Change Password. Once you change your login information you will be signed out of the app and prompted to sign in using the updated password.
If you’ve been signed out of the app and can’t get back in, select “Forgot Password” and follow the on-screen instructions.
How can I update my profile information?
Most profile sections have an edit button beside it. Select that button to make updates and press ‘Save.’ If there isn’t a visible edit button, it means you are unable to edit that section.
Who do I contact for technical assistance?
If you’re experiencing technical issues with the app, please go to our “Contact Us” webpage or send a screenshot and/or detailed email to support@caraleya.com.
How much does a Caraleya subscription cost?
Caraleya offers users the option to use a free or premium version of the app. Visit our “Plans” webpage for more information about subscription costs and features.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to My Profile > Settings > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription. You will still have access to the premium features until what would have been your next billing date whether you’re on the monthly or yearly plan.
How do I delete my account and personal data from the app?
To delete your account, go to My Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Once deleted, your profile and all its data will be permanently erased. To rejoin the app, you will need to create a new account.
Is my personal information secure and protected?
Yes. The app has built in best practices to keep data private and secure, like data encryption, secure communication protocols, authentication mechanisms, and GDPR and CCPA compliance. For more information, visit our iOS App Privacy Policy or our Android App Privacy Policy.
