• Core details: Add your photo, memorable dates and contact information.
• Individual touches: Include allergies, favourite foods, drinks, hobbies and fun facts.
• Custom fields: Use dropdown menus, free text options or upload photos to provide extra insights.
• Alternatives: Note alternative options for items you avoid so you never have to worry about forgetting your preferences.

With My Profile, you decide exactly what you share and who gets to see it. Whether it’s for events, gift ideas or simply to let friends know more about you, My Profile ensures you always have your details in one place - ready when you need them!

How to share your profile

Click on the 3 buttons next to your photo and choose any of the following:

• Download Profile - generates a pdf document with the sections of your profile you select, which can be saved to your device or sent to others on the platform of your choice.
• Share Profile - sends a clickable link to others to enable them to view the sections of your profile you opt to share with them.
• Copy Profile link - gives you the option to send your unique Caraleya profile link to others to invite them to connect with you on Caraleya! Connecting adds them to your Caraleya Community, where you can view the sections on each other’s profiles that you’ve chosen to share

Caraleya also offers an in-app connection option where you can connect directly with other Caraleya users by searching for them in “My Community”.

Nested Profiles: An organised solution for kids and pets

In the case of your children or pets, Nested Profiles take the hassle out of remembering every detail. Each Nested Profile links under your main profile, allowing you to manage essential information in one place.

• Useful records: Track things like medical details, favourite treats and any allergies.
• Birthday reminders: Never miss an important date, whether it’s a child’s birthday or a pet’s adoption anniversary.
• Share with ease: Let carers, co-parents or family members access the necessary information by sharing with a tap.

• Merge later: If they join Caraleya in the future, you can easily merge their profile with the guest profile you’ve created for them.
